My experience at Hereford Audi when they were trying to sell me a car was fantastic, had a couple of issues with the car after two weeks and took it in, the sales person when I emailed redirected me, and I had to chase to get an initial update after Audi having my car for two weeks, if the after sales communication was as good as the presell and selling the score would have been much higher, I have to comment the car has been fixed and I will be picking it up On Friday.
