Hereford Audi were fantastic because staff very polite, atmosphere pleasant. Sales person Julian Preston served us. He had answers for all our questions. very knowledgeable about cars. Hospitalty great.

Polite, listened, no hard sell. Everything was made easy for us. We traded in our old car and drove away a 3yr old Audi A3 3 hours after we arrived. It was made very simple for us. Getting a 1 year warranty with the approved audi was a big reason to try Hereford in the first place. Only negative perhaps for some people who are not so ok with electronic paperwork the process could be a little confusing.

Hereford Audi were great because I was given a truly personal service. From stepping in and speaking to Charlotte, the salesperson, to having a few niggles ironed out after collection, the whole service was second to none. It’s not often these days that a car dealership takes time to treat you like it’s your first ever car, especially when it’s not brand new. I have been thoroughly impressed by the whole service and Charlotte has gone above and beyond. Thank you
